Our goal is to fully capture a customer’s wishes and style in each and every design we create. Using only the finest and freshest flowers, our accomplished designers carefully and creatively hand craft every bouquet. While we always aim to exceed our customers’ expectations, we realize that on occasion problems may arise. We feel that what sets us apart is not only what we get right, but how we quickly and responsively handle may go wrong. If you are not satisfied with the arrangement created for you, please let us know within 48 hours and we will provide a replacement bouquet or a store credit. We do require a signature for all deliveries and we do not leave any order with a neighbor unless we are given permission to do so as part of the order.
