I recently got married and The English Garden did all of my flowers. EVERYTHING was just stunning! I couldn't have been happier. My boquet was amazing! The flowers at the reception were gorgeous! The entire staff at the shop were all so easy to work with, and they all had wonderful ideas to make my flowers different and beautiful. People commented all night on how beautiful the flowers were! Cydney was awesome!! I would recommend them to anyone!

Pros: Very knowledgeable and creative!

Cons: There are NO Cons!

Cydney and The English Garden were the sole floral arrangers for the Junior League of Raleigh's A Shopping SPREE! Our working experience was enjoyable and hassle free. Her arrangements were not only beautiful but creative and not run-of-the-mill. We couldn't have asked for a better floral designer! SPREE would not have been as festive without her! We look forward to working with her again in the future!

Artspace has a long-standing business relationship with owner Cydney Davis English and we are pleased to continue our support of The English Garden. The store does an excellent event package for Artspace's annual Collectors Gala each fall. The beautiful, creative table arrangements and building decor always set the perfect back-drop for this black-tie affair. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for making my wedding day exactly what I dreamed of. Cydney and her team went above and beyond what I ever expected. I gave Cydney my budget and pictures of centerpieces, boutonnieres, and bouquets that I liked and she made it work. After tons of emails and PERSONAL appointments my wedding turned out better than I could have ever expected!!! I expressed to Cydney that I wanted modern and non-traditional flower arrangements and that's exactly what I got. My guests are still talking about how beautiful and unique the flowers were. There are not enough words to express how thankful I am to have walked in the doors of The English Garden and met Cydney Davis-English.

I have shopped at the English Garden since it opened and Cydney and the staff have never failed to amaze me and the recipients of their flowers. They are experienced and innovative designers, they have beautiful containers to match any style and decor and have a great variety of gifts for baby to grandma in the store. I love to go there because I know I am going to visit friends. Many of my friends shop there now too. Cydney is the best!

Pros: Customer service as it should be! Lots of parking available too.

Thank you for taking such special care of my order! My wife loved the flowers you sent. I was definitely the hero. You really listened to what I asked for and she thought the bouquet was perfect. I didn't have a lot to spend on flowers but Cydney really took a lot of time helping me with my order and making suggestions about how to get the most for my money. My wife said it was the best flowers she had ever received and she hopes I will get in trouble again so she will get more. Thanks again.

If you are looking for a store that makes you think of the way people used to do business, personal and with integrity, then you will find it with the English Garden. I called a few days ago to place an order from out of town. A friend of mine had recommended another florist but they were not open yet when I called, so I found the English Garden online. The young lady who assisted me on the phone treated me like I was the most important customer she had. She was so personable and friendly. I wanted to send a type of plant that is out of season right now, so the young lady gave me lots of alternative suggestions and she even brought in another employee who has a strong background in horticulture to talk over options with me. the staff showed a great deal of experience and expertise that I have not encountered with other florists. The friend that I sent the planter to loved it and said she will definitely make the English Garden her neighborhood florist.

Pros: Very, very knowledgable; great customer service

Not only are their flowers and arrangements gorgeous....the staff is amazing!! After another florsit made a huge mistake and lost my daughters prom order-within a couple of hours Cidney and her staff had whipped up a beautiful corsage and butoneer...and saved her junior prom for her!!IFrom that day forward I have not gotten flowers anywhere else!!! Every bouquet I get is gorgeous..I use them fo birthdays...anniversaries, dance recitals etc.... They are wonderful!!

Hi folks at English Garden! The flowers you sent for me today were unparalleled in their quality and design. I send flowers a lot and this was my first time using your services, but it will not be my last! The staff is fantastic! It was extra nice for the owner to come out and greet me and introduce herself and really ask about my preferences. Thank you so much! Keep up the great work. I know it will only be a matter of time before everyone learns of what a great place the English Garden is!

If you are looking for a florist who can take your dreams and ideas and put a creative and unique spin on them all the while improving everything you brought to the table then Cydney and The English Garden is EXACTLY what you are looking for!! I had some pretty specific requests that I wanted to address with the florals, bouquet, centerpieces, etc... at our wedding this past June and Cydney was able to take those ideas and run with them making them all tie together and work beautifully all the while keeping to our budget! They are a small shop and get extremely busy but Cyney always took time to review any changes or different requests we came up with along the way. I would recommend TEG to anyone who wants a creative florist who can work within a budget. You definitely get the most for your money with them! Thanks Cydney!

The English Garden is the best place in the Triangle area to get floral arrangements for all events and occasions! Cydney and her staff work with you to match your style and fit your needs. The designs are so creative and fresh! My husband and I chose The English Garden for our wedding and were extremely pleased with everything! I had a one-on-one consultation with Cydney. She had the best ideas for types of flowers, colors and styles of arrangements. Everything was perfect and exquisite! I’ve also used The English Garden for mother’s day flowers, get-well flowers and more! Each arrangement was of the highest quality and were each unique in design. I highly recommend Cydney and The English Garden team!

The flowers for my daughter's wedding were done very beautifully at a reasonable cost compared to others in Raleigh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The placement of the flowers were done very nice and timely. There were however a few situations that I feel I must bring up. The unity candle they provided did not light even after the minister dug out the wick. It still kept not lighting because the wick was too small and would extinguish in the liquid. Some of the flowers of the Mother of the Groom's wrist corsage fell off as she entered the church. The owner needs to have pictures of previous weddings that she had done so you can see what her work looks like. The owner needs to have a better sense of time when she makes appointments.

Pros: Great price for quality of work

Cons: Unity candle didn't light & better awaress of time at appointments

Cydney and her staff at the English Garden did an amazing job on the flowers for my wedding. I found her at the Bridal Show last summer and we met several times to work on the flowers. She has amazing ideas and was genuinely excited for my big day. Very personable and reasonable prices in comparison with other local florists. Prompt delivery on the day of the wedding and her staff also set up some things at the church for me at the rehearsal. Not to mention, my flowers were absolutely gorgeous! I would definitely recommend her for any floral need.

This florist has the service and attention indicative of their mom&pop owners but has the creativity and capacity of a national company. Even though they are based out of Brier Creek they deliver all over. Beautiful arrangements and friendly staff.

Pros: Can order online/ by phone/ or in store.

Cons: Only one physical location

I have ordered flowers from the English Garden twice. Once for Valentines Day, and another for my wifes Birthday. I am a guy that knows nothing about flowers, and I will admit I was extremely impressed how creative both arrangments were. I expected to get the "typical" Bouquet, but much to my surprise the arrangments were jaw dropping. However it was my wife that needed to be impressed. It is safe to say she was extremely happy both times. Taking tons of pictures to send to her family. In the end that made it so much more worthwhile. To see the expression on my wifes face said more than anything I can type on this review. Thank you English Garden, you earned a life long customer! Will do business agian!!

This is the only florist in the BrierCreek area and as such is very convenient. Great service too, as I had mine delivered all the way downtown. The flowers lasted over a week and were really fragrant throughout that time. The wife loved them, so I'm very happy with the service and the flowers!
